The Grass is Always Greener at Ray Grahams with our Fertiliser Range

Posted: 01 April 2015

Okay, so you've got the garden sparkling and you're enjoying the sun with your feet up . But that dreary-looking lawn is spoiling the view. Time to get your grass into gear with some of our powerful lawn fertiliser and repair kits.

Mo Bacter Organic Fertilizer:

We've just added the Mo Bacter organic fertiliser and moss remover to our catalogue. The crumbs are designed to release vital nutrients over a period of 3 months, producing a dense, lush turf just in time for the start of the summer holidays, while eliminating moss with its strong potassium.

The application and upkeep of the fertiliser couldn't be easier. The organic compound means it's harmless to animals and young children, won't stain your turf or masonry and doesn't require raking. One bag covers 175-200 metres squared.

Evergreen 4-in-1:

If you can't wait 12 weeks, how about just the 1? The Evergreen Complete 4-in-1 fertiliser covers 400 metres squared and will give you a healthier looking lawn in only 7 days, boosting grass and killing weeds and mosses for complete overall protection.

The fertiliser's seaweed extracts and extra nitrogen help build a thick green with stronger roots for more effective water and nutrient absorption, and its unique Watersmart formula helps your lawn resist the stresses of sun and drought.

Evergreen Lawn Repair Kit:

Maybe your turf just needs a top-up in thin or bare spots that haven't been getting growth or are feeling the stress of children's sports and outdoor games. In that case there's Evergreen's 2-in-1 grass seed and lawn food kit, covering 20 square metres from a 1kg bag.

The mixture's perennial rye grasses, fescues and premium quality seeds get to work quickly, offering 50% faster germination than industry standard seeds. The kit repairs and improves patchy areas, producing visible results in just 5 days.

Success!

You're all set then. For more ways to help your garden see the full Garden and Plant Care section on our website , where you can find more fertilisers, grass seed and weed and pest control. With your lawn sorted, why not show your plants and flowers some love with our range of plant food and concentrates? Prepare for some jealous glances over the back fence.
