  Makita Cordless Twin-18V 36V 12" Chainsaw | DUC305 Bare Unit

Please note, this tool does not come with batteries/charger - ideal for existing LXT 18V owners

A compact yet powerful chainsaw with 300mm bar that would be ideal for use by professionals and enthusiasts alike. It uses a 36V brushless motor drive system, and gets the 36V power by combining two 18 volt batteries together in series. The machine has a 200ml capacity oil tank which automatically oils the chain. To protect the user there is an electric chain brake that uses the motor to slow the chain to a stop very quickly after the trigger is released, and the brake is automatically activated if the machine detects a kickback.

  Features:

  • Automatic chain oiler with adjustment.
  • Highly efficient brushless motor for long runtime.
  • Sold without batteries or charger making it ideal for owners of other LXT tools.
  • 300mm long bar makes the machine easier to store and transport.
  • Combines two 18V batteries in series to deliver 36 volts to the motor.
