Makita AC or DC Job Site Radio | 12V, 18V, 40Vmax or 230V

Complete with a 230V mains adaptor, this stereo can be run corded or cordless. To operate it cordlessly, you can use any of Makita's 12V, 18V or 40Vmax battery packs. The battery fits in the rear of the machine, under a water resistant cover. The stereo can be used in all conditions, thanks to the IP65 ingress protection rating. This makes it perfect not only for trade use on wet and dusty construction sites, but also for use during sports. To keep your stations and the time, there are two AA batteries included which go under the main battery in the rear compartment. The radio can play music from your phone (etc) via an aux lead, or can tune into AM or FM radio across the full band of stations.

    Features:
    • Works with LXT 18V, CXT 12V or XGT 40Vmax batteries.
    • Also runs from mains 230V power (adaptor included).
    • IP 654 ingress protection rating.
    • Runs for over 24 hours on batteries over 5.0Ah capacity.
    • Durable enough for the work site.
