Metabo SSEP 18 LT BL 18V CAS Cordless Sabre Reciprocating Saw | 32mm Stroke Length | 0-3000 SPM | Bare Unit | 601617840

The Metabo SSEP 18 LT BL 18V sabre saw provides high-capacity reciprocating cutting for demanding site installation and demolition work. Built for carpenters, plumbers, and general contractors, this cordless saw drives heavy blades through thick timber, metal pipe, and composite building materials with complete mobility.

An efficient Metabo brushless motor delivers an idle stroke rate from 0 to 3000 rpm with a long 32mm stroke length. Variospeed (V) Electronics let operators adjust the cutting speed to suit wood, plastic, or steel. Engaging the selectable pendulum stroke speeds up aggressive roughing cuts through thick joists.

The tool features an angled soft-grip handle and weighs 3.0kg without a battery, giving balanced control during awkward cuts. A 180-degree rotatable blade mechanism allows overhead work, while a tool-free depth guide sets plunge depths. The unit runs on the multi-brand 18V Cordless Alliance System (CAS) battery platform.

This bare unit package includes a metaBOX 165 L carrying case and a wood and metal saw blade, without batteries or a charger. Integrated LED lighting illuminates dark work spaces, while a fold-out scaffolding hook provides safe hanging between cuts on site framing, pipework, and window tear-outs.
