The DeWalt DCS525NT 18V XR Brushless Plunge Saw is designed for professionals who need fast, accurate and controlled cutting without the restriction of a cord. The DCS525 features a conventional straight-down plunging action, providing a familiar and controlled plunge movement for accurate cutting. Its compatibility with guide rails makes it well suited to producing long, straight cuts, while the integrated scribe cut stop and splinter guard help achieve cleaner results with reduced splintering, particularly when working with materials such as laminate.
A redesigned blade-changing system makes replacing the blade quicker and easier, helping to minimise downtime when moving between cutting applications. The saw also benefits from variable speed control and a -1° undercut function, providing greater flexibility when carrying out detailed or precision cutting work.
Powered by DeWalt's 18V XR brushless motor, the DCS525 can be used with DeWalt 18V XR and 54V XR FlexVolt batteries. This particular DCS525NT version is supplied as a bare tool with no batteries or charger included and comes complete with a heavy-duty T-STAK kitbox for convenient storage and transportation.
