Sika SikaSeal-173 Black Bitumen Roof & Gutter Seal 300ml

This SikaSeal is bitumen based mastic that provides a complete seal between any types of roofing materials. It combines a polymer additive to enhance adhesion and can be applied in almost any weather conditions including sever rain. The semi-drying sealant stays elasticated permanently beneath the surface while the high solids formulation provides excellent gap filling without any shrinking.
